We are currently hiring a Project Manager to be located in Santa Ana, CA. Our Project Manager position will support mobility and access projects in an operational airport terminal. This position requires an overnight work schedule. Operating as an owner's representative, you will be teaming with project, program, and client leadership to provide premier facilities in the greater Orange County area.

• The Project Manager has primary responsibility for and leads overall project performance including, costs, schedule, quality, and project status.
• Liaison with Owner, design teams, general contractors, airport management and staff, and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to establish and maintain project reporting procedures.
• Develop and monitor the project schedule and budget.
• Understand and enforce contractual responsibilities and contract documents.
• Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which may impact project cost or schedule.
• Establish regular meetings to review project status and resolve project issues.

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical/business field.
• A minimum of seven (7) years' of prior experience in construction project management.
• Broad experience in design and construction management/administration of major commercial construction projects including Terminal Facility and Airport Construction Projects is preferred. Successful candidates will be capable of working individually and in team environments.
• Strong oral communication skills, including the capability to understand and follow oral and written communication.
• Ability to work an over night schedule is required. 
• Excellent written, oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
