We are currently looking for Cost Management Interns to be based out of our various offices across the nation! Please specify which location you are most interested in in the "Tell us more about you" section on your profile.

• Prepare accurate estimates at schematic and design development level of design.
• Provide value engineering services.
• Set up work breakdown structure.
• Prepare task orders.
• Review and estimate change orders.
• Reconcile with GC’s or peer review estimator.

• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or closely related field.
• Desire to pursue a career in estimating / cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-directed with high integrity – takes pride in work.
• Demonstrates good written and oral communications and team skills.
